Other tenants who have recently signed leases at the property include a SaaS (Software as a Service) company that develops e-commerce solutions on an AI-based platform, which is leasing 2,100 square metres with occupancy on 1 August 2022, and a software provider, which is leasing 1,100 square metres with occupancy on 1 January 2023.
Cube, which was designed by architect Gert Wingårdh, was completed in 2007 and is environmentally certified to LEED Gold. Companies that base their operations here will neighbour with technology companies such as Sony, Schneider Electric, Sigma Connectivity and Element Logic.
"Over the past few years, Cube has been upgraded and transformed into an attractive and sustainable multi-tenant property. It offers modern and space-efficient offices as well as excellent services and transport links. Moreover, the area's level of collaboration and exchange of knowledge and innovation are also unparalleled," says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs.
