Lime Technologies AB: The Nomination Committee of Lime Technologies proposes Erik Syrén as new Chairman of the Board

Erik Syrén, main shareholder in Lime, has been CEO of the company from 2012-2021 and subsequently a member of the Board of Directors. In addition to his partnership in the investment company Monterro, he is currently also Chairman of the Board of Moment A/S, and a board member of Wiraya Solutions AB, Maintmaster AB, Pythagoras AB and NEXT AB. 
- Erik knows Lime inside and out, which combined with a long-term commitment as a major shareholder is seen as a great strength by the Nomination Committee. His history as CEO, good cooperation with Nils in the CEO positionand broad knowledge and interest in company development within B2B software makes Erik uniquely well suited to lead the board going forward, comments Emil Hjalmarsson, Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

Martin Henricson, Chairman of the Board since 2020, has decided not to stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting 2023. 

- From the Nomination Committee's side, we would like to thank Martin for an excellent work as Chairman of the Board. Martin has led and developed the work of the Board in a great way through a challenging and exciting time with both pandemic and international expansion. We wish him the best of luck in his future work, Emil Hjalmarsson continues.

The Nomination Committee's full proposal will be presented in the notice of Lime's Annual General Meeting 2023. The Nomination Committee consists of Andreas Hedskog, representing Syringa Capital AB, Emil Hjalmarsson, representing Grenspecialisten AB, Johanna Ahlqvist, representing Cliens Kapitalförvaltning AB and Martin Henricsson, adjunct to the Nomination Committee, Chairman of the Board.
