Bender GmbH & Co. KG is a leading provider of top-class electrical safety products and solutions. The range covers, among others, applications in e-mobility, energy generation and distribution, industrial areas and for the medical sector. The business will generate an annual revenue of approximately MEUR 1 with good profitability.

The assets will be acquired by Enkom Active and as such be part of the Lagercrantz Electrify division. The acquisition is expected to generate a small positive addition to the Group's earnings per share on an annual basis.
