Global Top 10 financial institution has selected SSH Communications Security to
deliver Secure Shell Key Management solution across their entire enterprise. 
The contract covers access control and centralized key management for thousands
of servers globally with a contract value of approximately EUR 2.0 million (USD
2.5M).  Once fully implemented, this will be the largest secure shell access
control and centralized key management deployment to date in the world.
Software li­censes, maintenance, and professional services sales revenues will
be recognized during fiscal years 2012-2014. The contract value includes the
reseller´s share. 

Universal SSH Key Manager™ helps organizations to manage their cryptographic
keys in large IT environ­ments.  The product is unique in being able to
simultaneously manage, deploy, and rotate user authentica­tion keys for large
scale SSH environments.  The SSH protocol is used for managing practically
every Linux and Unix server (including virtual machines), virtualization, cloud
infrastructures, routers, about half of world's web servers, and many other
devices, with probably hundreds of millions of devices around the world using
the protocol.  The protocol is also used inside many file transfer, privileged
access, and sys­tem management solutions. 

Many large organizations typically have up to hundreds of thousands of key
pairs authorizing automated access to production environments, with no
auditability of who can access what or proper termination of access when
authorized users leave the organization.  Auditors and security specialists are
waking up to the fact that authentication keys need the same kind of
protection, control and audit possibilities as passwords and encryption keys.
