In accordance with the instruction approved at the AGM, the following people
have been appointed as members of Bilia’s nominating committee:
-- Johan Qviberg, the Qviberg family (Chairman of the nominating committee)

-- Henrik Bonde, Östersjöstiftelsen
-- Egil Stenshagen, Stenshagen Invest AS
-- Mats Qviberg, Chairman of Bilia AB
