Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published earlier today. Norwegian Car Carriers ASA (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the book is now fully covered at the minimum of NOK 80 million at a price NOK 1.85 per share.
The application period will close today at 20:00 CET.
The minimum order and allocation amount in the Private Placement has been set to the NOK equivalent of EUR 100,000.
